Bilstein Shocks

I have a 2002 F150 4x4 Extended Cab with 33x12.50 MTZs and 17x10 rims. After adding these rims and tires, the truck rides rougher. Well since the truck has almost 60,000 miles on it, I have decided to go ahead and get new shocks. I checked on Bilsteins website and the only shocks they seem to make for my truck are the HDs (blue/yellow shocks). Will I notice any better ride quality from the Bilstein shocks and are they worth the extra money? Thanks for any help.

Most people say you will. I've never owned a set personally.
