Shocks for the 2000

I have a 2000 4.6L 2WD stock with about 120K miles. It still has the factory shocks on it. I'm starting to bounce around on the road like the car in the Uncle Buck movie

I tow a travel trailer sometimes (weighs about 6500#) but 90%+ of my driving is on the highway. I have searched on the forum and I keep reading about the Bilstein's and the Rancho RS9000X shocks.

I was going to get one of the model shocks from Summit just not sure which ones yet. The Bilsteins are each about $20 cheaper, does that mean the quality is less?

both are great but if you are going to use them for towing use the rs9000xs cause you can change the valving
also if you choose those look into the remote dampening system
