Deaver replacement packs

I called Deaver Springs and found that they have a 4" replacement pack that would work with the 2- 2 1/2 lifts. By removing the 2" factory block you get about 2" lift. I might have to try that with the DR's up front.
Any comments on that setup?

Or you could just add a leaf and arch your springs up for 4" and save some money. I like the idea of the DR's up front

Yeah that's true. How do you arch the springs and make sure they are the same on each side?
I am also looking for an improvement over stock ride.(not that its bad)

I suggest you take them to a spring shop and have them do it. I own a spring shop so I'm always pushing to go with the local spring guys because they can do anything with your current springs and save you good money (especially if you take the springs off and bring them in). Just tell them 4" and they'll add a leaf and arch the rest of the way which would be 1.5 for the add a leaf and then 2-2.5 on the arching. We use hydraulic presses, if you did it yourself then you would probably have to do it old school with a sledge and very hard to get accurate the sledge way. Let's say you were around Kansas City and brought the springs into me then your cost would be 150 and if you brought the truck in it would be 290 and I'm sure most shops will be close to this

Have you, or anyone else, tried this on a new F150? I am wondering why more people don't talk about this.
I guess the aal or block is even cheaper.
By the way, the Deaver's are just under $700 plus install. They are legendary around here(socal) for their leaf packs. They are a local spring shop near me.
