Your testing my memory, Ive smoked a lot of pot since then. If I had to guess, Id say $800-$1000 for both ends

Where did you all get your Donahoe shocks from them or somewhere online?

Also our they simple to put on and adjust or will I need to take them somewhere to have them put on? How are the instructions?

With your new gearing did it help or hurt your gas mileage?

I bought my shocks from a shop in Salinas, CA. I was living near there at the time.

When you install coilovers you will need to do an alignment.

The gears had no great effect on milage. Of course, it will depend on the truck, tires and every other variable.
