how level is leveled

I recently bought a used 2001 4x4, I was reading on here about torsion bar leveling the frount end. so I parked on a level concret slab and masured from the bottom of the rim to the fenderwell like it was saying and I get any where from 32" to 33" on all four. so im thinking this may have already been done at some point. What do you all think?

Thanks, Steve

On the level pad, put a level on the bed rail - that id the obvious horizontal line and will tell you where you are at. The wheel openings aren't necessarily the same height, front to back, to begin with.
