Broke a sway bar bolt!!?

Didn't think I would ever end up doing this:

But luckily the local napa had about 20 of these replacement bolt kits in stock and I was able to repair the same day. Only problem is I drove home from Gould, CO to Loveland (about 2 hours) on a nice windy and twisty highway 14 down the poudre canyon.

Must have broke it on the way up because I noticed the body rolling alot more around the right corners (i broke the left side bolt)

5 year old truck and I guess it comes with age.

But now I have a nice new bolts on both sides for the sway bar link.

Just happened to me a couple days ago.....right side on my 2001 screw. Took me till today to find the problem. Headed to parts store after work. Did you replace bushings also, or just the links? Was wondering if there is anything else that should be maintained at about the same time as this.

I noticed this week my truck was shaking a little while coming to a stop. I thought maybe it was the brakes. Took the tire off and found exactly what is in your pic. I wonder if they make a heavy duty version. I plan on replacing both at the same time.
