reg. cab susp problem

I have a reg. cab flareside short bed. I have been looking at the lift kits on
4wheel parts and other places and cant find a good quality 4" or 6" lift. Any pics of a reg cab with lift or some input would be very helpful. P.S. out of rancho skyjacker and super lift which is best and how can you tell if your stock torsion bars have been cranked or if they are aftermarket.
Thanks, Matt W.

I'd say the Rancho is a little better. However, I'd rank the Rancho slightly behind the 6 inch Fabtech and 5 inch RCD kits.

RCD, RIZE, FABTECH, PRO COMP they all have some killer lifts for your truck man. i sell about 4 procomps a week your year model.

Here is a pic of my 02 F150 which I lifted last fall. I installed a 6" BDS lift and some 33" tires on it. I really like the mods and wish I had done it sooner. Rides and performs well. I had planned on an RCD lift all along but switched to BDS in the end. Costs and quality were comparable. Good luck with your decision.
