Vibration after Lowering

Just lowered my 07 F150 Scab with a ground Force kit. New control arms up front, flip kit in rear. No mods to driveshaft. Truck now has a slight vibration at take off from idle. Is this due to not installing the carrier bearing relocation part? The work was done by a reputable shop who did take the time to check the pinion angle and felt all was good. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Groundforce does not use replacement 07 control arms

DJM is the only company I know of that uses new lower control arms.
