Warranty
Hey guy, I'm new to the site. I've been reading post about what y'all think about lift kits for a while now. I have an '06 F150 and plan on putting a 8in rize on 37s and 22s. The only thing stopping me is getting in writing a statement stating it won't void my dealerships warranty. If anyone knows how I could aquire a statement please post.

and no one will be giving u a letter like that. depending on the dealership is if your warranty will be void to them when they service it, if they deem that something broke as a result of the lift and big heavy wheels then it will not be covered under warranty. its a case by case basis.

ARTICLE TWO:
You have the Right to use high-quality aftermarket parts and know that your new car warranty claims will be honored. In fact, your vehicle dealer may not reject a warranty claim simply because an aftermarket product is present. A warranty denial under such circumstances may be proper only if an aftermarket part caused the failure being claimed.
I think this pretty much says it the big tires is gonna be what breaks axles or burns up your transmission so I bet they will not warranty those type parts but the rest of your truck will still be warrantied they cant void that. or you can do like i did and have the dealer install the lift then they have no choice to warranty it.
