Help on body lift???

Im thinking of getting a PA 3'' body lift. I assume this is the way to go. Where is the cheapest place to get them. Is around $170 the cheapest i can get it? I am thinking of just going with 285/70/17 cooper stt tires. Will these tires look ok or will the be to small for a 3'' body lift? Any pictures of some one with a similar application? Also do i have to get the gap guards or can i go without them(are they just for looks)? Thanks guys.

Will

heres my truck with 285 BFG mudterrain. I got the gap guards and think there a good investment. The tow hooks our going to look funny so my suggestion is that if you dont use the truck for offroading or only use the truck for normal driving purposes yo should notch out the one side of the tow mount and flip it. I did it and it covers most the front frame rail and gives the truck the factory look.

Can the tow hooks still be used for light pulling or are they unuseable?

yea i guess you could use them for light pulling. O yea your going to have to drill new holes in the frame rails also b/c the hooks are goign to be moved up alittle

Question about leveling kits

Hey, Does anyone have a pic of a F250 superduty with 35/75/16 tires and a 4" block in the rear and a 2.5 leveling kit for the front.

I have a ton of pics in my gallary of my Screw with a body lift and 285's. Also, I have some pics of my towhooks. I mounted GM towhooks (from a 88-98 4x4) inside my frame rails. They line up almost perfectly with the holes in my valance.

It took me and my dad a good 12 hours to get the whole thing on. In my opinion I would spray all your bolts down that are under the truck so that there easier to get off.
