best 4x4 lift?

What is the best 2004-2007 4x4 f150 lift out right now that gives you a true 6 inches of lift that replaces the factory shocks f/r. Superlift, Skyjacker, Trailmaster, RCD, Full Traction, Fabtech, Pro Comp, Tuff Country, RIZE, i think that is all of them right. Which one in your own opinion do you think is the best? and why.

I've had great luck over the years with SkyJacker, about to add their 6" (moving up from their 3"). Best is a worthless term, you need to define your usage - on road only? a little off road? a lot of off road? What kind of off road? Mud, rocks, trails? Fast or slow?

Every manufacturer and every driver have a different idea of "best". Every sisuation may have a "best". For instance, most guys here love the 6" FabTech lift - I have a friend that hates his. He thinks it is too soft in the corners. Never driven his truck, so I can't say if I would like it.

All the manufacturers you listed offer quality kits. You need to decide how you plan to use it and what your needs are (soft ride or hard for instance). Then the field can be narrowed down.

I might add that virtually everyone will say the kit they bought is best - that's human nature. If you want details as to what's great about it - have to ask for specifics.

well i just want a solid kit that will hold up to some offroading. i dont go out to destroy my truck i just like to use it. i just want a high quality kit. i want a good drop down bracket lift with a nice skid plate i dont like the procomp lift cause it just looks flimsy, nothing ties the front into the back brackets. i love the rancho style but wished they offered a 6in kit.

I think the Rize, RCD and Fabtech lifts are a little higher quality.

I agree with Wandell

The #1 lift we sell for the 04+ f150s is the rize with the fabtech barely in 2nd
RCD is also an incredible company & have great products, also the only brand to include bilstein 5100s for shocks
