Question Another question...

Ok, so i ordered my AS levling kit yesterday. I am about to get some new tires and wheels. I am gonna get 20x10 wheels. But my question is what size tires should i get? I was thinking about 33s, or should i get a 2 or 3 inch body lift with 35s, or 35s with just the leveling kit? In advice would be great! Also, any pics of either of these setups?

If you have a 4x4, you can fit the 33's with just the leveling kit. You would need a body lift also to fit 35's.

Thanks that helps. I am now interested in getting the skyjacker AAL. Just the 1.5" lift. Does anyone use these, and any feedback on them, like installation, do i need any new hardware, ride quality, ect...

I run the Skyjacker 3" lift, which uses the 1.5"AALs. No big deal to install, came with the hardware. You'll need a couple big c-clamps to hold the spring packs, but it's all basic hand tool stuff.

Ok i figured out what i am gonna do. i ordered a 2 1/2 leveling kit, so i am gonna add a 1 1/2 AAL on the rear. I do want 33" tires on a 20" rim. So another question i have is how wide of a wheel should i get, with what size tire? I don't mind them sticking out an inch or so, but i don't want to have them out to far. Any info on wheel and tire specs for my setup?

I'd suggest a 20x9 inch wheel with 5.5 or 6 inches of backspacing. A 9 inch wide wheel with 5.5 inches of backspacing will stick out 1.5 inches farther than the OEM wheel while 6 inches of backspacing would make a 9 inch wide wheel stick out an inch farther than stock.

Ok thanks. I just looked at the wheels that i am wanting, and they don't make them in 20x9. Just 20x8.5, or 20x10. Which one should i go with? What size tires should i look into? Just remember i don't really want them sticking out to far.
