yes depending on the width and backspacing on the rim also consider a 6in suspension lift from fabtech cost the same as the 4in tuff and fab built stronger and has better cv angles paid $1300 for my 6in from national tire and wheel

happy hunting

great choice watch there deals on lifts they alway run least one great deal i just waited till my lift came around and if us still decide on a 4in lift considure Rancho or Procomp there built better tuff just dont have the greatest rep but for the price the 6in seems to be the best choice and like i said earlier the 6in lift give much better cv joint angles with really aids your cv joint's life with a lift also may be a good idea to invest in a addaleaf for the rear cause the kit only has a 4in block and dont improve the payload and lift you add one you'll have alot less body roll but really dont need if u dont want

well i was thinking that i could get the 6" Fabtech and get the 2" or 3" body lift and have a total of 8" or 9" depending on what body lift i get.

I'd go with the 6 inch Fabtech and 3 inch body lift combo over any of the huge suspension lifts available for the 97-03 F-150's.
