New lift

Is a pro comp lift pretty good to put on a f150 fx4? And is it that hard to put on right, I have a older man thats builded 4wds his whole life and he said if i bought it he would put it in for 200dollars. And Also with the 6inch lift can i still use my stock 18inch for now. I guess Guys Im Asking you big dogs with the big bucks whats the best way to go for a poor college boy. I would like to spend about 1500 dollars for the lift and buy the tires for about 1000 for 35 12-50 -18 for road use most of the time and a little mud, but i still want the truck to look mean. Thank god for this site

Yes, the Pro Comp lift is pretty good. I think you can use your OEM wheels with it but I'm not positive.
