Question for bigplayer6907

Im thinking of going with the same setup as you bigplayer. Same tires and possibly same wheels, hate to be a copy cat but damn it looks good. I was wondering if you had an aal and cranked torsion bars or not. and how bad is the rubbing. Im still debating between 37's or 38's and your input would help alot.

no AAL yet but I will be cranking my torsion bars real soon. i dont rub on the street except at full lock and when im off road i rub a little when turning and articulating but just a little trimming and you can fix that. i like the look of the 38s because they come in 15.50 vs 13.50. if your looking to get 18s they discontinued the size i have right after i bought them.

alright so you got me leaning towards a 38" and im having a hard time finding an 18x10 that fits our truck. your rims look good, but i guess ill scratch the idea of getting those. I ordered the body lift and aal today. How bad was installing the body lift if you did it yourself. I hear its not to bad just time consuming. And last question, are you geared?

it suprises me that theres isn't a big selection of rims. i didn't really shop around thought so can't sday for sure i saw the rims i wanted and got them. you heard right about the body lift. i was just like you when i started..kinda sceptical but the PA instructions are pretty thorough. it took me a good 12 hrs to do it only because the person helping me didnt really do much. defentily something you can do yourself. as far as gears go i have stock gears right now. im saving up for 4.88s though. what is the model number on your shocks and where did you get them? i've been wanting to do bilstiens for a while. they have the silver looking tube right?
