2wd rear end leaking rear end grease from passenger side rear

does this have a seal or bearings or what? It is a 2000 F150 Lariat with 4 wheel disk brakes. I just wanted to know before I set off on a disassembly and got in deep doodoo. Are there any pics or blow up diagrams like shop manuals that show this detail out there?

Any help would be appreciated. I already had to replace a water heater in the house this weekend and I want to make sure before I start another project and make sure parts are out there also.
Thanks guys!
