37x13.5x18

If I decide to go with a 6" lift with coil, can I fit 37x13.5x18?
Or evan if I add a leveling kit?

You may be able to squeeze them on a 4x4 with a 6 inch lift using the right wheel. (like the OEM wheel or an 18x9 with 6 inches of backspacing). Odds are you will have to add a leveling kit also.
