I have a 3"body lift on my 03 Screw and i dont have the problem of "seeing the frame" the only thing that bothers me, that i havent done anything about yet, is the fact that you can see "through the frame." however, the gap that appears inbetween the bed and the frame can be covered with plastic gap covers that you can order for like 80 bucks. check out my pictures and let me know what you think

you know, i forgot what brand the lift is, but there really isnt much difference. putting a body lift on the 03 screw is a royal pain because all the body bolts are lock tighted to the frame. you have to heat every one up individually to break it lose. when i found this out, i went to a local 4x4 shop and payed them to do it lol. they had the lowest price. the kits usually run 200-300 dollars but labor will be the same or a bit more if you dont/cant do it yourself

they are procomp 33x12.50r16s very nice tire, no problems, smooth ride, little bit of a hum(which i love) and you cant get stuck. dont know what you want your truck to do or how you want it to look but check this site, all the information, or pictures is on here...you just gotta search around

I don't remember the exact cost. I got them last Christmas. I'd say they are an upgrade from the OEM shocks and a small overall improvement.

but remember all these people with the body lifts also have nerf bars to cover up the frame.

this is another very good point. and possibly why i never had a problem with it. nevertheless, ford's frames tend to stay out of the way. as opposed to chevy and gmc whos frames stick out like a b**** even at factory ride height. all a personal preference
