Noise from steering

I have a 2006 F150 with about 7000 miles. It has started making a rubbing noise when turning the steering wheel slowly to the right. It happens regardless of outside temperature. It seems to get worse as the truck warms up, though. It's most noticeable when sitting still and slowly turning but I can feel it in the wheel when rolling. I had it in to the dealership today and, of course, they couldn't duplicate the problem. Any ideas?
