Lift Kit and tires??
Lift Kit and tires??
hi i am wondering does anyone make a 6inch lift for an 01 supercrew. i am also wondering what size tires i can put on them i was thinking about 20" procomp rims and wanted to put some NItto off-road mud grapplers. but just wondering what is the max size tire i can put on... any suggestions????? :santa:
I'd suggest the Fabtech lift. You will be able to fit 35's with 6 inches of lift on a 4x4. If you have a 4x2, I'd look at one of Fabtech's 7.5 inch lifts. They will allow you to fit 35's on a 4x2.
yeah i do have a 4x4, but i have been told that i could probably fit 37s. i have my torsion bars raised all the way cause i am running 315/70/17 all terrain KOs and i have had cut some of the front off which doesn't bother me cause i am planning on modifying the front end anyway.
i have been looking at these Procomp series 6001 20inch rim

ok just to verfiy some stuff 37in tires will easily fit on a 6in lift however why they want to use oem rims is because they have less backspacing (tires come out of the wheel well more) than most aftermarket rims factory backspacing is some where around 3.5in i believe most aftermarket 3.75-4.5 and even then most fit with no rubing
Get some BF Goodrich Mud Terrain. My buddy has them on his 94 chevy 1500 and they make that truck look awesome! They make it look so aggresive. Thats what I plan on putting on my new truck this summer. Lift, Rims and tires, super 40 series exhaust, then put my sound system in there.
