helper spring

need to add a little more rear spring help for my F-150 2 w/d 2000 XLT s/cab
any info. on what to go to, air bags or helper spring kit?

Skyjacker makes a 1.5 aal for the rear. Alot of people who have the 2.5 auto spring put the aal in the rear for towing. Have a good one RG
