4x2 vs 4x4

Hypothetically........Not getting into the functionality of it, is it "easier" or more problem free in the long run to put a 6 inch suspension lift (or even a leveling kit) on a 2wd or 4wd? Seems everyone talks about the angles on the 4wds being an issue, but is there any similar concerns in lifting a 2wd?

I think 6in is the max when lifiting an IFS 4wd... 2wd u ain't got nothing to worry about.. the front wheels don't do anything but steer...

I guess so. You don't have CV joints and all the 4x4 hardware to worry about.

actually, you could do as big of a lift as you want with a ifs system
just harder to do than a solid axle & harder on your frame ect.
but you would have to make sure to have everything posistioned correctly
knuckles long enough, drive shaft, everything moved down, blah blah blah
rize does make a 12" lift for 04-07 f150 4x4s
hopefully theyll be availible soon cause i wanna see one
