Alighnment Q

If I installed a 2 1/2" AS and never got an alignment, and took the leveling kit off, would I still need to get one or would it be aligned like it was before the install?

In theory you should be all set, how does it drive? Tires would get wrecked before the front end. Really all there is to throw out of whack would be tow but those ties rods dont adjust themselves. The lower control arms adjust your camber and I dont think those would move. If it drives all right I wouldnt worry about it.

Yes you should have it aligned, or just buy more tires.

I would get a alignment, anytime you mess with that part of your truck things change...

New set of tires = expensive

Front end alignment = cheap

I would get an alignment anytime I even suspected I might need one.

most shops give you a free diagnostic, so see how bad it is, Ask for a print out. if its within tolerances, or within .2-.4* of the measurement its supposed to be at, id leave it alone.

Thanks for the replies. I hate the stock tires, so I'll let them wear out. I wanted to check with you guys before I went and wore out a set of new ones. thanks again
