this may be a dumb question

ok i am new to this truck thing i have been dealing with hondas and jap cars my whole life and i know about dropping a car and all that but i dont know about lifting a truck so treat me like a noob ok here is the questions first i got a 2006 supercrew xlt 4x4 a month ago and i love it but what i dont like is the way it sits in front lower than the back .i am assuming that all the posts of leveling kits is what guys are doing to fix this issue .if thats true then which one is the best? i have heard of a few names like daystar and AS and also a company call ncd customs .also do i have to do a wheel alignment afterwards or is it install and drive? im not changing the tire size or wheel size all that will remain stock i just want the truck to sit straight . sorry if this has been posted before . by the way coming from an a guy that has had imports his whole life i love this truck best thing i have ever bought

If you tow or haul the rake is built in to level the truck under load. If not the issue you can use a leveling kit....an alignment is absolutely necessary following the install. Daystars are popular but require you to "breakdown" the front coil assembly to install it (goes between the actual coil itself and the upper spring mount). The kits like Autospring simply install atop the coil assembly, for most its an easier install. Not a dumb question...only one way to learn all this stuff.
