Front coil spring leveling system & AAL?

Hello members,
I'm new to the forum and I've enjoyed reading the posting. This weekend I'm getting installed the 2.5 Trailmaster Front coil leveling system on my 2004 FX4 Screw to give my truck the level look. I noticed a number of people also installed rear add-a-leaf kits.
Is this necessary?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

It's not necessary unless you tow or haul, it keeps the backend from sagging.

Dog'em Thanks!!!
The largest thing I may haul is a standard size refrigerator from the local appliance store or 20 bags of mulch from the nursery. Very little towing, if any . Do you think I should consider AAL?
