Unlevel truck what to do

To start here is the background:
2006 Lariat
6.5 bed 20in. wheels
4X4

After putting on my newly painted mudflaps my wife and I noticed that they are hanging quite different from left to right side, after taking a few measurments the truck itself is 1 1/4 inch higher on the passenger side then drivers. Its not just the MF's its teh whole bed of the truck, while all the body lines are level the wheel well gap and distance from the ground to the bumper, mudflap, fender etc is all off by 1 1/4 inch, this was doen on level ground at 2 differen locations so the earth is not to blame. I did a search and others have had this problem but it was the old bodystyle anyone else have this problem and what shoudl I do? Take it to the dealer and ???

Moderator,
I posted this under 2004 and up also to see what forum would be the best for an answer.

If it bothers you, and it sounds like it does, I would absolutely bring it back to the dealer.

Well, the only explanation I can think of is that the spring is more arched on the passenger side because of sagging purposes. Usually, when a spring sags from heavy torque, it is always the right side spring.
It happens on all vehicles, so this one should be no different, I just don't know if ford made it that way purposely... or if your truck was a fluke.
