hey all.. i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a difference in height between the stx 4x4 and the lariat 4x4.. i remember gettin in or looking at my freinds lariat, and it being a little taller, seemed like, and was thinking maybe it was the lariat's edition wheels/tires, or if it had a stiffer/bigger/etc, suspension.

if anyone knows anyhting.. plz let me kno,

i ask bc i am installin the 2.5 as kit this week or whenever it comes in, and im goin for the exact same look as......

.......has, but wiht the same rims in black and same size .. along with the same size tire in the nitto terra grappler.

ps.. i know he now has a 6 inch fab lift. but if you look through his other pics, he has just the 2.5 AS installed.

 

stx dont have any power options other than maybe mirrors, but no pdl or pw or even pseats for that fact, lariat has all of the above

 

They are the same height.

yah i almost did that too, inches away from buying a lifted stx but i wanted the power options... the truck was 17000 but aftaer payin for the after marker power would have brought me to 18500, so i bought a stock loaded f1 for 17500 and have my lifts on order, now im at 19500 but worth it for sureeee

17,000!!! danggg.. i bought my truck new.. w/ 4x4 and extended cab, power nuthign.. basic everythihg.. but its a 5.4.. for 27000!!!!! it was marked at 32!!!

maybe bc it was 06 and i bought it this time last yr.. but still!!!!!!!!!!!!

that makes me mad..
