I'm still setting on the fence on this one. I'm thinking the 2.5" on top is too much, but that's just my opinion. I still may end up doing when the time comes and I get larger tires. Right now I don't need the extra 2.5". I'm not as concerned about the cv axle angles as much as the ball-joints.

Sounds like you are getting a great deal on the lift. If you want the extra 2.5" lift go for it. It's just ball-joints.

I have a 2006 FX4.. I have same thing except mine is 4wd.. It was way too high in the front with the 2.5" leveling kit so i put the stock blocks under the Fabtech ones and its perfect.. Yours might be Ok since its 2wd, not sure tho

haha well im an x prerunner guy. i had a 96 f 150 with a cleveland 351 with 450 hp at the wheels, 9 inches wider in the front with 23 inches of travel on 14 " kings and 24 out back so i kinda dig the front end being higher. do u guys have any measurements from ground to bottom of mirror or bottom of bumper so i can get an idea?

definately do it, i have it done and love it!! You will need to get an AAL or blocks for about 2-3" in the rear to make it work. I have the fabtech lift, with the 2.5 AS up front, and added 3" aal in rear and a 4" block. sits perfect! I ended up with about 9" total lift after it and sits perfect you can check out my gallery but i still do not have the 4" block on there, its still the 2"
