leveling kit damage?

I have an 06 screw 4x4 and hate the way the front end looks. I have been reading about the leveling kits but I am worried about the stock parts wearing quickly. Is it better to get 1.5" or 2.5"? Or does it really not matter one way or the other. What are your guys experiencing with your trucks? Any brand better than another?

i have the 2.5 AS level kit , have no problems yet but only have had it on for about 500 miles. And it sure does make the truck look better..

as far as how much to go depends on what look your going for. most peoples trucks set about 2-2.5" lower in the front. some people have had premature driveline wear while other people have had no problems. id go with daystar personally. ive heard the most and best about them. if you're willing to take the risk then do it and keep an eye on your balljoints. most people don't see problems til around 30,000 miles.
