93 3" Bl

Hey everyone. I have a few questions for you. I (as you can see by the topic) have a 93 and I have a 3" BL kit for it. I'm curious as to what all exactly must be done to install. I see you all mentioning levelers(?) and things with the steering shaft. I was told by a few people that the only thing that must be done is extending the shift linkage, but after hearing radiator this and bumper height that, I'm a little worried. It's a 2wd, and I only offroad a little bit. I plan on swapping the tired 300 for my 302 and using this to tow my drag car to the tracks. Which brings up my next two questions. I am about 10% truck literate. I do cars, but nuthing much with trucks. I'm wanting to get a winch and a hitch. For the hitch, since it mounts to the frame, it should retain stock hight with the BL correct? And my last question (I know, finally lol) how would I go about installing a winch? Does this include cutting the bumper at all? Thanks a ton for reading all this!
