Smile Lift questions

i am getting a procomp lift?tires?rims installed on tuesday and was wondering if i can run a 17*8 rim on a 35 inch bfg tire. I am new to the whole lifting thing and am only 17 years old. I own a 2005 reg. cab 4*4. Also will a 35-1250-17 bfg m/t tire stick out of my wells much. Thanks for the imput.

Yes you can run that tire on that wheel.

How far the tire sticks out of the fender depends on the wheel you use.

will a 17*8 rim stick out much on the bfg tire. Is it the wider the wheel, the more the tire will stick out. Sorry if this might be a stupid question.

how much the wheel sticks out depends on the backspacing of the wheel. just confer with the people installing the lift and wheels for u as to the look that u want.
