Does anyone have these and do they actually level the front of the truck with out a leveling kit?

Yes, the Bilstien and Rancho shocks for the 04-07 F-150's level the truck. THey allow you to increase the preload on the coilsprings to lift the front of the truck so there is no need for a leveling kit.

Thanks wandell, Do you know of anybody who actually put these type of shocks on their truck and were they glad they did it or would the autospring leveling kit be just as good. I heard a select few have had some problems with the upper ball joint wearing out. Would the shocks do the same because the angles are changed to the front end.

A couple of members here have the Bilstiens and like them. You have a point about the ball joint angles because they will be the same with the Bilstiens cranked up 2.5 inches as with the 2.5 inch Autospring or other leveling kit.
