bearing hum..wheel shake at certain speeds?

bearing hum..wheel shake at certain speeds?
Got my 2000 F-150 4x4 XLT last night and love it. I did have a bounce/shake at certain speeds on the hwy and a hum from the LF tire.
So Im thinking new tires..and a bearing prolly. But when I checked the service records the previous owner had the same complaint at 75k and replaced the LF bearing. Truck is now at 99k. So it's not the bearing..
Do you guys think it could just be the tires? They are original. Any suggestions to the hum or bounce/shake?
