2 inch body lift

Im considering putting a body lift in my truck, someone told me that if I do a 2 inch instead of a 3 inch body lift, all I have to do is put the spacers in

What year is your truck? I'm guessin its a pre 04 since there is no 2" kit for an 04 and up. As for the "just puttin spacers in for 2" thats not correct either. You will still have to raise the bumpers, modify your fan shroud, and put a steering spacer in just to name a few things.

well the 2in body lift does not incude the bumper brackets you got fab some up your self witch i rather doing still gotta relocate radator fan shroud and theres a steering spacer gut the 2in easier on the shift linkage and dont have to add a spacer or relocate it a big plus i didnt know about any of that goin in but kinda glad i did im not saying the 3in is junk or anything most people use the 3in and have no probs just a tad more work in the 3in than 2in

I had the 2" on my old '03 Supercrew and it came w front bumper brackets but I had to make some rear ones. I used the steering spacer just cause it was supplied and figured it was a good idea.
