Hit a curb

I lost control going around a curve and tried to control it but the back end went really hard into the curb. It hit so hard the tire rubbed the bed and the leaf springs hit the frame. Any ideas on what might be broken?....all looks ok but havent drivin it since.

looks like your whole axle shifted over from point of impact, you may have twisted you hangers, and or shackles. Id get it looked at soon, you definetly dont want to drive on that rim any more. Its garbage, wont balance out. And if you have any gouge in the tire, it needs to be replaced very soon.

But hitting the rear sideways, is better then hitting the front sideways.

Is your truck a 4x4 and did you take the 2" lift blocks out of it?

Ditto.... The rim is trashed and the tire with the big gouge in the sidewall wouldn't even make a decent spare, and it's possible that the flange on the axle shaft may have been bent too. You'll want to have that checked, as well. It's quite possible that the spring flexing protected the axle from further damage, so it may just be cosmetic, aside from the wheel.
