Question Does an XL need inches?
Im lookin to raise my 06 F150 XL 2wd...anbody got any ideas on how many inches I should raise? what should I raise it with?

I'd go with the 6 inch Fabtech or Pro Comp suspension lift. If you only want a couple of inches, I'd suggest a 2 or 2.5 inch Autospring leveling kit.
