I did check my headlight adjustment on my 2006 F-150 after the 2.5" leveling kit and per the directions outlined in the owners manual, it was shining a foot or more higher than it should so I adjusted them down (counterclockwise with a 4mm wrench) 2 full (360 degree) turns on each light. Thought this info might be helpful as I was curious if they were off or not, mine definitely were.

 

Thanks for the info. I also did the 2.5" level kit on my truck but never thought about this or have seen it discussed.

I will definitely check and will post back with the result.
