leveling question

I am looking into adding about 2 to 3 inches in the frount to level out my 03 F150 2x4. Should i do a simple torson tightening or go ahead and get suspention or body lift?

Well first off, a body lift will raise the entire truck 3 inches and will keep the factory rake look. I would look into a full suspension lift such as a 4" or 6", but if that's too much for you or you don't want to spend the money, go with a leveling kit or raise the torsion bars just as you stated. Remember you need to get an alignment after messing with your suspension.

Right. A body lift will lift the entire body, so the front will still be lower than the rear. You can't adjust the torsion bars because the 97-03 4x2's don't have them. You have coilsprings. You can lift the front of your truck 2 inches with Daystar coilspring spacers or you can use 3.5 inch lift spindles.
