Sagging On Driver's Side

Here lately I've been noticing my truck sagging lower and lower on the driver's side. Its worse at the back of the truck. I installed new rear shocks and nothing happened. Im thinking it could be the leaf springs but I hardly ever haul anything that would bend them or make them sag.
Any advice on how I can go about fixing this problem would be appreciated.

By the way my trucks a '99 4x4 reg. cab long bed.

I have a 04 FX4 SCREW with a Rancho and mine as well seems slightly lower (by about 1") on the drivers side, I figure it's due to the extra weight of the gas tank, but I'm no mechanic (but it sure irritates the sh^t out of me).

But mine just recently started doing it. It used to sit perferctly level. So that sort of rules out it being the gas tank because its always been there. and mine is more like a solid 2 and 1/2 inches lower.

Anyone else with any ideas???
