Torsion bars 1991 f150?
Is there anyway to stiffen the front suspension on this model truck?

You don't have torsion bars. You can probably add Daystar spacers or a set of lift springs.

Hmm,

I have a 4" lift on the truck right now (not sure which brand), and I need to stiffen the front for a snow plow.
