Question Wheel Hop

I have a 1994 F-150 regular cab 8' box. 4.9 Six, 5-speed and 3.55 non limited slip. It has always had a wheel hop problem and it really gets on my nerves on a wet boat ramp. It also has a bucking problem in second at slow speeds. I can really fell the springs flexing at times. Only way to stop it is push in the clutch or shift into first gear and sometime it does it in first also. It has always done it and I have even put on a set of JC Whitney Springs on it and that didn't help either. Don't want to put a set of traction bars on it. That would just look silly. What to do??

Thank you

You might try clamping a peice of strap to the front half of your leafs (on top of course). The only concequence is it will probably lower the rear a smidge. It will have similar affect as traction bars, just unseen.
