If you want to use the bilstines and an AS kit, you could move that c-clip to the stock height and assemble the coil with the stock preload height settings. But that would defeat the purpose of the shocks, unless you have the AS kit alread. But then you don't get the benefits of the adjusted shock valving the bilsteins were designed for.

Virtygo -

i just got my 5100's delivered but something doesn't seem right. Mine has 3 nothces and they are 1 3/8" apart. yours only had 2 notches?

Ron,

Sorry for the delay, i don't get to read this forum often and the holidaze and stuff kept me away.

Yeah my 5100's had only 2 notches. I have the 'newer' can silver in color. Not sure the discrepency in the notches, i read the earlier versions had 3 settings (belived they were a yellow can).

Sorry don't have a difinitive answer for you.
