Whiplash Suspensions (long Post)

We recently installed this lift on a 03 F-350 from whiplash suspensions.

The truck itself looks good. The lift I am not pleased with at all. Mostly the customer service end of it but some fitment issues as well.
First we ordered the lift and was told it would take a week to put together and a week to ship. OK no problem schedule the truck in for the appropiate days. Call to get a tracking number a week and a half after..... There is none it hasn't shipped yet. I was told it would be shipping out thursday this was on a tuesday. So we called Friday to get a tracking # oh hang on there isn't one it hasn't shipped out yet. Gaurenteed it will ship out tuesday.... So Tuesday I call to get a tracking # I am told sorry it's to early to get one it is shipping out todaycall back later to get one. Ok things were busy never got a chance to call back. Called on Wed was told it did ship out but they misplaced the tracking # call back later. Called back at the end of the day... Oh wait it didn't ship we are waiting on springs. They will be here tomorow and then it will ship out. So by now I am pretty upset moreso than usuall because the customer we are installing it for is getting upset also because I am being told lies that I then pass on to him without knowing until after the fact. So a month and a half after we place the order or somewhere around there it finally ships out  We get the 4 springs a trac bar drop bracket, a chunk of box tubing 4 ubolts, and a pitman arm. Installed the rear first start to install the front and we are needing to go higher and higher with the lift. somethings not right... The fronts all torn apart at this point so we install the springs hoping it's that they just need the weight of the v10 to settle them. Well nope they sent 14" front springs. I get on the horn and give Wiplash a call talk to Pearl whom seems very nice but gets the brunt of me on the phone for the problems. They finaly figure out the sent 14" springs instead of 10's. Their excuse was they rushed to get them out of the door. So now the truck is sitting 4" higher in the front than the back so the Trac bar doesn't even come close to matching up with the new drop bracket. They say the springs are leaving the next day and I will see them in a week. So I called the next day to get a tracking # wow there isn't one after a few more days they finally ship out. A week later they get here. we install them install the trac bar into the bracket and wow it pulls the rear end over 1" Not right. On top of this the trac bar did not fit into the slot we had to cut the welds and remake the bracket to get it to fit correctly. So I called it was a friday. Talked to the owner I persume Carrie or something along those lines. I was told the new bracket will be out the door today. Wed of the next week I get a call to schedule a pickup of the 14" springs I ask for a tracking # on the bracket. They give me some # that is not a correct #. I was told to call back the folowing day for one. So I get the tracking # today and guess what it shipped out last night! The owner calls me back after a blow my top on the phone and wants to know what the problem is. I told him this whole story and he tells me that bracket always works it's a CHASSIS TECH PEICE!!!!
WTF. If I wanted crap I would have called craptech myself. This whole time there were no shocks also finaly recived them 2 days ago. So I ask if they can overnight a bracket to me and I will refuse the other one when it gets here. Nope they only have 3 in stock. and the other 2 are already sold. this was after pearl had told me last week this type of thing never hapens and they have 50 of thse lift kits in stock now. So I am venting trying to warn others. I have learned a lesson here from now on another lift kit manufacturer is getting my buisness. Please contact me with your experiences with the guys that make the big lifts good bad so we can chose a new manufacturer.
Thanks for reading my rant

Whiplash sucks, period.

Rize only makes kits for SuperDutys with the new coil suspensions.

whiplash swapped ownership a few years back, and thats when it started going bad for them. I had a 02 silverado with their 13" kit cranked to a 15" along with a body lift, and had no problems....(that could be because it was a chevy though)
