Arrow Would F-250LD/7700 Leaf Springs Work?

So I'm sitting bored in English 20 today, and I come upon an epiphany. I am tired of the left side of my truck sitting almost 2" lower than the right side in the back. So, I'm figuring that I need new leaf springs. But then I thought, why not upgrade to the F-250LD/7700 Series leaf springs? It should't cost that much more right? Would the back end of the truck sit way higher? Would it bolt right up? I'll change bolt on stuff, but don't want to do anything serious like welding. I've got a 4.6 2wd, 8.8 rear end. Also, where could I buy these at without getting raped in the, well you know.. Thanks..

They offered a 7700lb package in the F150's so why are you looking for F250 springs? Just curious.

I'm looking for F-250 Light Duty/F-150 7700 springs. I'm pretty sure that they'll fit, I'm just checking to see if anybody on here would know for sure.

Although I can't give you a definitive answer, let me offer some thoughts. First, the F-250 LD / F-150 7700 package springs would fit, but you might have some fitment problems. First of all, I believe those tucks used a heavier duty axle than the 8.8" or 9.75" ones that come in regular F-150's. So, the fitment between the axle and spring may be different.

As for it lifting your truck, there wasn't much of a ride height difference between those trucks. It was mostly in the load carrying ability. That said, your ride quality will suffer. By the way, any new springs you put in will ride higher for a few weeks until they settle down. It's probably cheaper to just have a spring shop repair whatever is causing your current list.
