Helper Springs

Ive got a 1999 f150 2wd with a LS differential. I put a helper spring on it, and I havent taken it on any trails yet. I think it may be more bouncy in the back, but if i have all my camping equipment in the bed, then it should have enough weight to keep it from being bouncy, at least thats what im thinking. I was wondering if anybody knows how it will perform? Thanks for the help.
