33's with 6in or 4in

Just put on my 33's would it look better with a 4 in lift or 6in lift? anyone ahve any pic's? i am really leaning toward the 4in for ranchero unless there are bad review about it. It will be goign on a 04 Fx4 150 i also have in my mind is a 2.5 level with the skyjacker 3 in lift any thoughts?

I would say just get the 2.5" level kit if your not going any bigger than 33's.

I don't why this keeps coming up but, you CANNOT use the Skyjacker 3" with a leveling kit/spacer. They both are essentially the same thing except the Skyjacker just does the same thing with longer coilovers. If you wan't to even try to use a leveling kit/spacer with a lift you need to go with a lift that includes a new crossmember. . but even than you'll be burning through ball joints.

I definitely agree with Trooks....

If 33s is it you don't need any lift. just flatten out that suspension and you'll be fine. too much rise will make the 33s look tiny.

yes i must have said this for the 3rd time now this week but u cant use the skyjacker 3" kit with the spacer. as far as what size lift just go with the skyjacker kit or the rancho kit it woint look to bad with 33's.

the only reason i am going with 33 is becaUSE i do not want to spend the money in re gearing for 35's so everyones opinion is go with the 2.5 level till i get enought for the 6 in and 35s? thats y i thought the 4 in from ranchero might look pretty sweet since ill be runing 33 not 35's.

what everyone is trying to tell you is that 33s will fit stock, let alone with a 2.4 or 4 or 6 inch lift, so they will look very small if you go any larger than the 2.5

In fact, I think my buddy has 35s on his fx4 with just the 2.5.

Go to trucktoyz.com and check out installs-photo gallery. They have pix with the 4in rancho and 33s.
