Made my decision....

I've got an 06 4x4 Screw with a 2" AS. Want to buy new tires but wasnt sure what to get.....maybe 305/65 18's and leave it alone? Nah! cant do it. As much as I like the subtle appearance of just an AS I am not crazy about the ball joint and cv angles. I'm not bashing the idea just not for me...at least not for much longer. So i'm ordering BFG 35x12.5 18 MT's and ordering the Rancho 4" kit in Black (of course i'm looking at late winter for the lift but in the meantime 35's will do nicely)
I've always had the tendancy to not plan far enough ahead so i'm always selling one set up to buy another...seems like one step forward and two steps back. I will never run anything bigger than 35's (Massachusets sucks for inspections/lift laws and i'm a cop with a boss who's a stickler for traffic laws. Not to mention failure to inspect in this state will now revoke your registration) So this time i'll be out the price of an AS kit which is obviously nothing. So thats it 35's on a Rancho 4"....what do you think?

Sounds like a good choice brother. You won't have any problem selling the leveling kit. What wheels are you gonna run?

Thanks Wandell...i'm going to run the stock chrome 18's. I really like these rims and whenever I look for aftermarket stuff it just seems to be a version of what I already have. Besides, one of the things I liked about the Rancho kit was there compatability with the factory rims w/35's. These are the rims i'm keeping;
