2" drop shackels????

I have been talking to people about installing a set of belltech 2" drop shackels on my truck and some have said that the shackels alone will not give me a true 2"s lower on the rear wheels... Anyone know exactly what difference they will make and if there are any problems that may occure w/ the drive shaft angle?? Thanks folks.

Dropped my stock '98 with Ground Force shackles (ebay $32 +ship) Looked like about 2'' to me. No shims used and no vibrations after.

Shackles

I don't know about the new body style, but on my 03 Supercrew, it sure made a difference in how it looks and to me how it rides. As Nike would say, Just Do It, or from another view, Get R' Done. EBAY!!

If it was not 2" it had to be at least 1 3/4. It was very noticable, made it look much better. Got rid of the huge hole around the rear tire. Will look even better when I get the larger tires. See pics in my gallery. I used the Ground Force and installed the wedges. Have not had any problems.
