Leveling Kit and Ball Joint Question????
Hello all,
I have a newbie question that I hope you Sr. members/more experienced folks might be able to answer? After reading several posts here, I decided to go with a AS 2.5" kit which is already on my truck. I love it as it looks really nice and still rides great. My question is?? Will I have to replace the ball joints at some point because of installing a leveling kit on it? Is this true with all leveling kits? Is this the trade off? It sits level, but you wear out the ball joints quickly? If so, at what mileage should I start to inspect these? My '06 Screw only has 1000K on it right now. Also? how will I know if they are wearing out? Will I notice a difference in the ride?? Thanks and I hope someone can answer these questions as well as anything else I should be aware of.
