Leveling a 2004 f-150

Does anyone know how to lower the rear of the 2004 f-150, maybe by removing the blocks.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can lower the rear of a 4x4 by removing the OEM lift block. The 4x2's don't have a lift block but can be easily lower with lowering shackles.
